Zift Solutions has an experienced management team with proven track records in the high tech industry. The team also has extensive knowledge and experience in the arenas of web-based marketing and publishing operations.
Ken Romley - President and CEO
Ken Romley has run a wide range of technology and internet based enterprises over the
last two decades. As President of SmartPath, Inc., Ken not only helped to establish SmartPath's Enterprise
Marketing Management solutions as an important technology for improving marketing effectiveness,
but also continued to lead innovations in marketing technologies after SmartPath's acquisition by DoubleClick.
Ken has a B.S. in Operations Research and a M.S. in Computer Science from Cornell University.
Bryan Ferren - COO
Bryan has held positions in areas of business operation, sales and international business development.
Prior joining Zift, he served as VP of Corporate Accounts at Aprimo where he was responsible for Aprimo's
largest strategic accounts including Intel, Target, CitiGroup, and Nestle. Prior to this role he served as
VP International Sales (Europe, Africa, Asia Pacific) for Aprimo and Managing Direct of EMEA for SmartPath and
DoubleClick's EMS business unit, which acquired SmartPath. Before SmartPath he was President and CEO of MicroMass
Communications a relationship marketing firm selling into the pharmaceutical industry. Bryan holds a
BA in Political Science and a minor in Accounting from North Carolina State University. Bryan is a
member of the American Institute of CPA's.
Scott England - Vice President of Business Development
Scott England is leading Zift Solutions' expansion into new vertical markets
while deepening the focus within Zift Solutions' core customer base.
Prior to his current role, Scott served as VP of Sales for First Research through
it's acquisition by Dun & Bradstreet.
Before First Research, Scott was Director of North American Sales for DoubleClick's
EMS business unit, a leading provider of
digital advertising technology and services.
Scott holds a B.S. in Business Management and Information Systems with a minor in
Law from Juniata College in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania.
Allen Barksdale - Vice President of Product Management and Marketing
Allen Barksdale is responsible for seeing that Zift Solutions remains focused on satisfying customers' needs.
Prior to joining Zift, Allen led product management at 6th Sense Analytics. Prior to that, he held a variety of IT management roles of increasing responsibility at Bristol-Myers Squibb. Allen has a B.S. in mathematics from Birmingham-Southern College and an M.B.A. from Carnegie Mellon University.
Lionel Farr - Vice President of Technology
Lionel Farr is responsible for the development of all Zift Solutions technologies,
products and services. Before Zift Solutions, Lionel served in a similar role for DoubleClick
where he played an important role in overseeing a major product redesign
to insure quality and scalability for clients like EBay, AOL, and Orbitz.
Andy Wilson - Vice President of Client Services
Andy Wilson is responsible for client services and customer support, ensuring that
Zift solutions are quickly and easily leveraged to provide significant ROI in any of a
variety of environments. Prior to joining Zift, Andy had similar responsibilities at
DoubleClick where he managed teams providing support for enterprise marketing product
lines.
